How it Works

Our Services

Just drop off your vacuum during our normal business hours.  No appointment needed.  A $20 Estimate Fee is due at drop off and applies towards any repair but is non-refundable if we do not fix it.

Labor rates are based on a number of factors and customers will always be provided with a repair estimate up front, for their approval, before any repairs are performed.

ALL SERVICES INCLUDE A 90 DAY PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY!

Things to know before bringing your vacuum in for service:

1

Empty the dirt bin. For bagged vacuums please install a fresh bag.  We service over 200 vacuums a week.  Keeping your dirt at home helps us maintain a cleaner work environment for our staff.

2

Bring all the essential components.  We need the entire vacuum to test it thoroughly.

3

Cordless vacuums and robot vacuums we require your charger be brought in with the unit.

4

For extractors please drain water and solution and bring in all tanks.

Bringing in your machine incomplete can result in delayed service and return trips to our store.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us prior to dropping off your vacuum.

How often should I service my vacuum?

All vacuum cleaner and central vacuum manufacturers recommend regular cleaning and preventative maintenance including: bearing lubrication, new belt, seals, roller brush, and filter replacement every 12 to 14 months.
