I bought my vacuum cleaner here 10 years ago. I bring it in every year for its annual "check up" to keep the warranty valid. It has needed 1 or 2 minor repairs at almost no cost! I used to buy "cheap" vacuum cleaners, but they never cleaned as well as I would have liked, and I ended up getting new ones way too often. Ever since I bought my quality vacuum at Best Vac, I have been VERY pleased with its performance and the maintenance has been minimal as I stated. I love my vacuum cleaner and I am very pleased with the service at Best Vac. I STRONGLY recommend them if you are looking for a good vacuum cleaner.

There has never been a time that I had a problem that these people didn't solve it immediately. I gauge my shopping on experience and honesty and they have them both. When I can't decide between models, they help me decide by my needs. They don't try and talk you into a pricey model just so they'll benefit by the sale - NOPE!!!! They want a happy customer, one that will return over and over again AND THAT'S ME!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer to Best Vac since they were on RT. 64. I have purchased three vacuums and have been very happy. The vacuums are the best along with the service, you can't go wrong. I now live in South Carolina but continue to purchase my supplies on line. Great products and great service!

Best Vac is a competent, professional and knowledgeable retail and service vacuum cleaner facility serving the residential market. We have had our vacuum for almost 2 years and it has performed very well especially in picking up not only dirt and dust but cat and dog hair. Their free cleaning and inspection service once a year is also nice.

We have taken our vac here for years. It is always tuned up and looks like new when we get it back. The store is always clean and well organized. I used their bathroom in the back today and the back room is the same. They are always very nice and helpful. I too would not consider going anywhere else. It is refreshing to be so well taken care of.

Vacuums are an important part of maintaining any home and after having 2 much older vacuums serviced(that now run like new!) and purchasing a new one here I wouldn't go anywhere other than Best Vac. Great customer service plus these folks know their vacuums. There are so many choices these days and Ron was able to direct me to the one that would fit my needs and my budget. No one at Target/Walmart/Amazon would be able to give me that level of service to help me make my choice. AND I was able to walk out of the store with my vacuum THAT day! Highly recommend!!!!

We have been going to Best Vac for almost as many years as they have been in St. Charles. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable , considerate and nice. I have purchased multiple vacuums from them for myself and family over the years and every one of them are still in use. It's wonderful to be able to go into a store knowing you're dealing with good people who sell excellent products.

I purchased a vacuum from Best Vac over 25 years ago in the early 90s. Their support and service over the years have been outstanding! It was finally time to replace my old Miele, and even though we have since moved out of state, I contacted Ron at Best Vac for his advice. He suggested options and went above and beyond ensuring I chose the right model. It was shipped within the week and I couldn't be more pleased. I LOVE my Miele vacuum and Best Vac!

I have purchased vacuums for myself and my children at best vac. They take care of the vacuums each year, doing a service check. These vacuums may cost a little more but they last forever. They also have great cleaning products and air purifiers. They are a great business to work with
